LATENCES

A long-term European cycle in which a question emerging in Europe is shifted through contact with experiences from West Asia.

LATENCES creates circulation between artists, narratives, cities and partners. It focuses particularly on small and medium-sized European cities whose cultural potential can be activated through new artistic, relational and economic presences.

A European question is transformed through contact with West Asia.

Art, relation, innovation

The cycle brings together three forms of creation: an artwork, artistic direction and the story of a startup founded by an Iranian entrepreneur in Europe. The startup does not become the subject of the artwork. The two narratives travel side by side and reveal a shared capacity to imagine, produce, take risks and act on society.
